Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Carrier: Japan Post (Yu-Pack Service)

Shipping Fee: Flat rate ¥800 nationwide
Additional fees may apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
Free shipping for orders over ¥8,000 .

Shipping From: Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan

Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Dispatch Schedule: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking Number: Provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Notes:

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or long absence, the reshipping fee will be charged to the customer.

  • Delivery times may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.


 International Shipping

KASHIKO JAPAN ships worldwide.
Standard shipments are handled via Japan Post International ePacket Light (with tracking and no signature required).
Depending on destination and size, DHL, FedEx, or EMS (Express Mail Service) may be used.


Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10 worldwide.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Kanazawa, Japan, with a tracking number.

Duties, Taxes & VAT

  • United States: Duties and taxes are included (DDP). No additional charges upon delivery.
  • European Union: VAT, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Other countries: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply according to your local customs regulations.
